Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, the items you order and your order history.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us by email, phone or our contact form.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in server logs for security, and used to suggest a currency for your country.

- Delivery carriers: your name, address, phone number and email, to deliver your parcel and send tracking updates.
- Hosting and IT providers: our website host and email provider, who store data on our behalf.
- Professional advisers and authorities: accountants, legal advisers, customs and tax authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Stripe and PayPal, may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by UK tax law.
- Customer accounts: until you ask us to close your account.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any right, email support@selqorra.shop; we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
Customers in the United States and Canada
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete or correct it by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
